OK HAN

Explore the traditional and modern style hotel in South Korea

Ok Han

When international people come to Korea, they will have a well-prepared environment for various cultural experiences. Such as There are traditional games, traditional Korean hanbok experience, Korean desserts, musicals, food, art, etc. There are many different hotels all over the world. However, the reason why the concept of a traditional Korean hotel is that there are not many traditional Korean houses now. Korean culture has changed a lot now. In Korea, there are not many traditional Korean houses, but there are more apartment complexes. To see traditional Korean houses, you have to go to a specific place to see them. Currently, a few traditional Korean houses are being transformed into modern designs suitable for visitors, such as hotels and hostels. If you go on a trip to a country, I hope you learn its traditions first. The reason is that you can see why people in that country did that or came to think that way.

COLOR SCHEMES

I chose a picture of a hanok house with Seoul's Namsan Tower in the background. The colors of the traditional Korean house with a view of Namsan Tower in Seoul have been selected as the brand colors for the Hanok hotel.

LOGO THUMBNAILS

I thought of five names before finalizing the logo. I brainstormed 20 logo ideas for each of the five names, using Chinese ink and Korean brush as inspiration, resulting in a total of 100 designs.
